This fine death mask is of Dante Alighieri is about 9 high x 6 wide x 6 deep inches and made of solid stained plaster.
The mask has many stains, pits, and scratches.
Please see pictures for details. The mask is very strong and hangs from a wire loop on the top of the head.
The mask has a rusty and brown coloring or stain to it. The mask is life size and is a 3/4 likeness of Dante Alighieri.
