Edmontosaurus XL Dinosaur Skin Impression – Extra Large Fossil Cast Replica

An extraordinary opportunity to own a replica of one of the largest dinosaur skin impressions ever made available as a cast!

We had the honor of molding the skull of the world's largest Edmontosaurus duck-billed dinosaur, an exceptionally impressive specimen that also preserves several large areas of fossilized skin impressions.

This particular skin impression originated from underneath the dinosaur's chin and neck area. Measuring an impressive 32 inches long by 15 inches high, this is an exceptionally large dinosaur skin replica and, to our knowledge, the largest piece of Edmontosaurus skin available as a cast replica.

About Edmontosaurus

Edmontosaurus annectens was a large, flat-headed, duck-billed dinosaur that lived in North America near the very end of the Cretaceous Period.

Fossil remains of this species have been recovered from several important Late Cretaceous formations, including the Frenchman, Hell Creek, and Lance Formations.

The genus has also been associated with the historical name Anatotitan, derived from the Latin word anas (duck) and the Greek word Titan (giant).

An Exceptional Fossil Replica

We were originally contracted to mold the original dinosaur skull, neck vertebrae, and fossilized skin impressions. Replicas of these additional elements are also available separately.

The original fossils are currently housed in a museum in the United States.

Made to Order: Each cast is individually produced after ordering. Slight variations in color and appearance may occur.
