This is a hollow resin cast that I removed from the mold too soon so it is slightly distorted at the top. You could sculpt on top of it or maybe apply heat to it to reshape it.

An original face casting of Harrison Ford was taken during pre-production of THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK by Stuart Freeborn. This was used as the basis to create the prop of Han Solo frozen in a carbonite block.
