Despite the rarity of such hybrids, the same pair later produced three more female liligers — Luna, Sandra, and Eva.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn the U.S., a liliger cub was born on November 29, 2013, to lion Simba and ligress Akaria at the Garold Wayne Interactive Zoological Foundation in Oklahoma. Two more cubs followed the next day.
